Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Orlando, FL. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• Priority Shipping - $12.99. Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days.
• Express Shipping - $29.99. Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days.
• Overnight Shipping - $99.99. Delivered the next business day. Order by 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday for same-day shipment; orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Friday overnight shipments without Saturday delivery arrive Monday.
• Saturday Overnight Shipping - $119.99. Saturday delivery for orders shipping on Friday. Available Thursday after 3:00 PM ET through Friday 3:00 PM ET.

Delivery times for Priority and Express are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $200.00 or more (before taxes, after applicable discounts) qualify for free Priority Shipping. Express, Overnight, and Saturday Overnight are available as paid upgrades on every order, including orders that already qualify for free Priority Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy. Peptide products are packaged with appropriate materials to maintain product integrity during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express shipments. If you have questions about shipping to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Nexa Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping charges.
